Collins
Motors was started as and has remained a family run business,
operating in the Hammersmith area since 1980.Founded by father Sean
and son John, they were joined a year later by youngest son Brian.

 1996
saw the opening of the second garage in Park Royal. The acquisition
was based on premises and a reputation that was very run down, but
with hard work and the Collins name preceding it, the early days have
proved to be a great success.
Throughout their time Collins Motors
has learnt that the most important part of their garages is, the customer.
With this in mind a customer service policy is at the heart of the
business, tailored to customer satisfaction, ensuring peace of mind
and efficient, courteous, friendly service. This policy ensures that
any problems found with a customer's car, whether large or small,
will be reported to the customer before any work is carried out.

facilitate this service policy, Collins Motors
offers the choice of two garages and staggered working hours, giving
customers the flexibility they require when delivering or collecting
a vehicle.
Our Hammersmith garage is open from 06:00 till 17:00, while our Park
Royal garage opens at 07:00 till 17:15. During the day our staff work
staggered breaks, ensuring that there is always someone available
to help you with your inquiry and most importantly that the work is
carried on throughout the day.

Collins
Motors presently employs a staff of ten skilled technicians,
two trainees and with our extended working hours, is able to carry
out the majority of all pre-booked work within one day.
